Cards Product Management Specialist
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Cards Product Management or Cards Portfolio Management within banking or financial services.
- Hands on experience launching Credit Card, Debit Card, and Prepaid Card products.
- Strong knowledge of card profitability, portfolio management, and key business metrics (Spend, Revenue, ENR, Acquisition, Portfolio Growth).
- Experience developing Customer Value Propositions (CVP) and pricing strategies.
- Strong understanding of card processing, payment networks, BIN sponsorship, white label solutions, and vendor management.
- Experience managing end to end product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
- Knowledge of banking regulations related to card products (SAMA experience preferred or equivalent regulatory knowledge).
- Experience working with cross functional teams including Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, and Technology.
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in digital banking or fintech.
- Experience with card processors such as TSYS, FIS, Fiserv, Compass Plus, Open Way, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing large transformation or card modernization programs.
- Experience in GCC banking.
