Chief Financial Officer

The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for strategic financial leadership, operational financial management, and regulatory compliance. Experience of 5-7 year in Financial sector is preferred. ACCA and other professional certificates are advantage.

• Lead development and execution of the firm’s financial and capital strategy supporting business objectives.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and long-term value creation.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the Executive Management and Board to aid investment decisions and growth plans.
• Support fundraising, capital structuring, and financing initiatives.
• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports (IFRS/GAAP based).
• Ensure transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders (investors, regulators, auditors).
• Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including scenario modelling and investment return analysis.

• Ensure robust compliance with CBB regulatory requirements, Bahrain law, and investment business conduct standards.
• Maintain strong internal controls, risk frameworks, governance documentation, and audit readiness.
• Supervise external audits and drive corrective actions for audit findings.

• Oversee treasury functions — cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Lead financial risk management including market, credit, and operational risks.
• Monitor capital adequacy, regulatory reporting, and solvency in compliance with CBB rules.

• Support financial evaluation and due diligence on potential investments, portfolio performance, and exit strategies.
• Collaborate with investment teams on valuation methodologies, returns analysis, and portfolio planning.
• Build, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting teams.
• Foster a culture of accuracy, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement across financial functions.
