Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives within the Core Banking domain. This role ensures alignment with the Group’s business strategy, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation goals. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, stakeholder management, and post-implementation support for critical banking projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead SAMA Report Dataset Development and API Publishing initiatives.
- Drive Core Banking Enhancements 2024 to improve system efficiency and compliance.
- Manage the Fraud Risk Management System Implementation ensuring robust controls.
- Oversee AFAQ Cross-Currency Enhancement for seamless international transactions.
- Support Automation of Court Order Monthly Payments to streamline compliance processes.
- Enable BEN Charge Type for Payments in line with regulatory requirements.
- Resolve Mid Rate Issue - LCY Conversion Issue in Interest Accrual Reversal.
- Implement Automation of Customer Risk Assessment Methodology (CRAM).
- Deliver Home Construction Finance solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Launch Workplace Banking (New Segment Creation) initiatives.
- Optimize liquidity through Notional Pooling - Interest Optimization.
- Enhance Overdraft in Excess Total Number of Days functionality in Core Banking.
- Introduce Primary and Secondary Sector Codes at Facility Level enhancements.
- Manage Reallocation of Credit Limit in Core Banking.
- Integrate SAMA API for Data Collection and Reporting.
- Implement Shared Collateral functionality in Core Banking.
- Configure Transaction SMS Enhancements for customer communication.
- Provide Core Post Implementation Support ensuring stability and performance.
- Strong expertise in Core Banking Systems and digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance projects (SAMA or equivalent).
- Knowledge of fraud risk management systems and customer risk assessment methodologies.
- Ability to manage API integrations, cross-currency enhancements, and payment automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving interest accrual and conversion issues.
- Experience in credit limit management, collateral systems, and liquidity optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Familiarity with automation tools, reporting systems, and SMS configurations.
- Leadership skills to drive multi-segment banking initiatives.
