We’re now inviting applications from a select group of ambitious graduates and early‑career professionals to join our next intake.

This is a selective, hands‑on path for people who want to be challenged and to grow quickly into a client‑facing career in wealth management. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, take on real responsibility early, and be supported to reach a very high standard. Those who excel are offered a permanent role with the firm.

We keep our intake small by design. If you’re looking for an easy graduate scheme, this isn’t it. If you want to be stretched, backed, and given the chance to prove yourself, we’d like to hear from you.

We care about how you think and who you are more than what’s on your CV — people who are genuinely curious about markets, who do the work, who stay composed under pressure, and who put others first.

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
• 0–2 years’ experience (internships welcome)
• Sharp analytical and numerical ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine curiosity about investing and a drive to learn fast
• Based in the KSA, Bahrain or UAE; and willing to travel regionally
• CFA candidacy an advantage (not required)
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of AI tools and technologies is an advantage
