Location:

Manama, Bahrain (Onsite) Contract Type: 1 year Contract Role Overview Our Client is a well-established Islamic banking institution in Bahrain seeking a commercially astute Senior Business Analyst with hands-on T24 core banking expertise. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing, documenting, and delivering banking system requirements within a Shariah-compliant environment. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for core banking initiatives and system enhancements.

Serve as the subject matter expert on T24 (Temenos) core banking system configuration, workflows, and module functionality. Translate complex banking and operational requirements into structured BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and functional specifications. Liaise between business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior management to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system integration testing, and go-live activities.

Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities within core banking operations. Ensure all solutions and processes comply with Islamic banking principles and Bahrain regulatory standards. Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams on T24 functionality and system updates. Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of business analysis experience within the banking or financial services sector. Hands-on expertise in T24 (Temenos) core banking system is mandatory.

Strong understanding of Islamic banking products, principles, and Shariah-compliant structures. Proven ability to produce structured BRDs, use cases, and functional specifications. Solid knowledge of core banking workflows, system integrations, and data flows. Familiarity with Bahrain Central Bank (CBB) regulatory requirements is an advantage.

• 3+ years of business analysis experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Hands-on expertise in T24 (Temenos) core banking system is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Islamic banking products, principles, and Shariah-compliant structures.
• Proven ability to produce structured BRDs, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Solid knowledge of core banking workflows, system integrations, and data flows.
• Familiarity with Bahrain Central Bank (CBB) regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be available to work onsite in Manama, Bahrain.
