Job Description
Responsible for supporting the business through financial analysis, commercial decision-making, profitability management, banking relationships, budgeting, credit risk control, and supply chain finance activities. The role serves as a key finance business partner to the Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and effective financial management across all business channels.
Desired Candidate Profile
QualificationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration. Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CIMA or CPA preferred. MBA Finance would also be considered an advantage.
Experience6-8 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Minimum 3 years in the automotive industry, preferably with a dealership or distributor. Proven experience in Banking and Retail Finance. Budgeting and business performance analysis. Pricing and Profitability Analysis. Credit Risk Management. Supply Chain and Product Planning Support. Corporate/Fleet Sales Finance.
Required Skills- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of automotive retail and dealership operations.
- Sound knowledge of banking products and vehicle finance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and support cross-functional teams.
