A leading global hotel chain in Bahrain is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee front desk operations. The supervisor will ensure that guests receive excellent service and that all activities are handled efficiently. Responsibilities include training staff, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5-star environment and must be proficient in Opera Cloud.

Knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
