The Rooms Manager will elevate the guest journey by ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional service. You will drive a culture of luxury hospitality, champion the “Inspire Incredible” service culture, and lead the rooms department to exceed Inter Continental brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a culture of luxury hospitality by ensuring every guest interaction is personalized, memorable, and aligned with Inter Continental brand standards.
- Champion the “Inspire Incredible” service culture and ensure its consistent execution throughout the hotel.
- Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
- Build a high‑performing team through succession planning, talent development, and performance management.
- Foster high colleague engagement through recognition, empowerment, inclusion, and clear performance expectations.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of hotel operations and performance metrics.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
