Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a professional and guest-focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable arrival and departure experience.
- Handle check-in, check-out, room reservations and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional service.
- Handle telephone calls, emails and guest correspondence professionally.
- Maintain Front Office standards in line with Sofitel and Accor brand expectations.
- Ensure confidentiality of guest information and compliance with hotel procedures.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Agent in a hotel environment.
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience with Opera Cloud is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
