Receptionist – Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a professional and guest‑focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team.

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism to ensure a memorable arrival and departure experience.
• Handle check‑in, check‑out, room reservations and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional service.
• Handle telephone calls, emails and guest correspondence professionally.
• Maintain Front Office standards in line with Sofitel and Accor brand expectations.
• Ensure confidentiality of guest information and compliance with hotel procedures.

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Agent in a hotel environment.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience with Opera Cloud is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
