- Oversee the daily operations of the Spa, Fitness Center, and all Recreation facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Spa and Recreation team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and manage the departmental budget, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Drive revenue through upselling treatments, retail products, fitness memberships, and exclusive leisure packages.
- Develop and implement creative, culturally inspired recreational programs and wellness activities to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and pool supervision protocols are strictly followed and compliant with local regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Raffles Butlers, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance for all Spa and Recreation areas.
- Maintain operational logs, prepare reports, and ensure all departmental records are accurately documented.
- Ensure all Spa and Recreation services, facilities, and team interactions consistently meet Forbes 5-star service behaviors and LQA operational standards.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Spa, Recreation, or Leisure operations within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Proven experience in a 5-star luxury property is mandatory.
