• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate department heads and hotel staff.
• Monitor hotel revenue, occupancy, budgets, expenses, and overall performance.
• Develop strategies to improve profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Handle major guest complaints, VIP arrangements, and service recovery matters.
• Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and hotel reputation.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and employee performance.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to support promotions and revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with owners, suppliers, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hotel standards, health and safety requirements, and local regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public areas.
• Review operational reports and implement improvements when required.
• Manage hotel assets, facilities, inventory, and operational costs.
• Prepare regular business and performance reports for senior management or hotel ownership.
• Perform other management duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in hotel operations, preferably in a senior management or General Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, F&B, sales, and financial management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong business, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and other management systems.
• Professional, customer-focused, organised, and results-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple departments effectively.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
