- Lead and supervise the In-Villa Dining team during shifts
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, garnishes and preparation methods
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional personalized in-room dining service
- Set up, present, and serve meals according to departmental standards
- Respond to guest enquiries and promote upselling opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of trolleys, workstations and equipment
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times
- Handle collection and breakdown of used dishes, trays and trolleys efficiently
- Report guest feedback, complaints and irregularities to management
- Support other F amp B outlets during busy periods as needed
- Safely operate and drive a buggy for timely delivery and collection of orders
- Take full responsibility for Destination Dining setups and create WOW Experiences
- Train, coach and mentor junior waitstaff
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely service delivery

Requirements- 3 years luxury in-room dining experience
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or captain role
- Excellent English communication skills
- Additional languages are a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work outdoors
- Professional grooming and guest discretion
