- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Room Attendants, House Attendants, Public Area Attendants
- Assign daily work schedules, room allocations, and special projects according to occupancy levels and operational requirements.
- Ensure all guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and service areas are cleaned and maintained according to brand standards.
- Ensure proper handling and reporting of Lost Found items according to hotel procedures.
- Monitor DND (Do Not Disturb) rooms and ensure appropriate follow-up procedures are followed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and complaints
- Lead, motivate, coach, and support the housekeeping team to achieve departmental objectives. Assist with performance evaluations and development plans
- Control and monitor the usage of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, linen, uniforms, and equipment.
- Assist with monthly inventories of linen, guest supplies, and housekeeping materials
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly
- Ensure housekeeping equipment is maintained and used safely and correctly
- Complete daily inspection reports, discrepancy reports, and shift handovers
- Strong understanding of housekeeping operations and hotel standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Inventory and stock management skills.
- Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Work as a team player
- Experience in a 3- to 4-star hotel in the same position
