- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Room Attendants House Attendants Public Area Attendants
- Assign daily work schedules room allocations and special projects according to occupancy levels and operational requirements
- Ensure all guest rooms corridors public areas and service areas are cleaned and maintained according to brand standards
- Ensure proper handling and reporting of Lost amp Found items according to hotel procedures
- Monitor DND Do Not Disturb rooms and ensure appropriate follow-up procedures are followed
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests concerns and complaints
- Lead motivate coach and support the housekeeping team to achieve departmental objectives
- Assist with performance evaluations and development plans
- Control and monitor the usage of cleaning supplies guest amenities linen uniforms and equipment
- Assist with monthly inventories of linen guest supplies and housekeeping materials
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly
- Ensure housekeeping equipment is maintained and used safely and correctly
- Complete daily inspection reports discrepancy reports and shift handovers
- Strong understanding of housekeeping operations and hotel standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Inventory and stock management skills.
- Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
