Managing Director

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to oversee the overall operations and business performance of a hospitality establishment in Bahrain. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, maintain service quality standards, support operational efficiency, and ensure a positive guest experience across hotel services, food and beverage operations, housekeeping, and facility management.

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination between front office, guest relations, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Develop business strategies and operational plans to support sustainable growth and improve service performance.
• Monitor financial performance, operating budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain service standards that promote guest satisfaction and operational consistency.
• Supervise department heads, support workforce planning, and encourage effective teamwork and professional development.
• Review guest feedback, operational reports, and service performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that hotel operations comply with applicable Bahrain regulations, health and safety requirements, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, business partners, and service providers to maintain operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve occupancy performance, service delivery, revenue generation, and overall business efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in hotel or hospitality operations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams, departmental operations, budgets, and business performance.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, food and beverage management, and facilities coordination.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to develop operational strategies and maintain high standards of service quality.
• Familiarity with hospitality regulations, health and safety practices, and service quality procedures in Bahrain is an advantage.
