Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SOP Specialist to develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across HR, compliance, and administrative functions. The role will ensure processes are well-documented, compliant with applicable regulations, and aligned with organizational best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, document, and update SOPs, policies, and process manuals across HR, compliance, and administrative functions
- Lead HR policy formulation and revisions, including employee handbook, leave policies, disciplinary procedures, and code of conduct
- Ensure SOPs and HR policies comply with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to map processes and standardize workflows
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for efficiency and compliance
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and process evidence
- Assist in implementing SOPs through training, communication, and change management
- Maintain version control, approvals, and documentation governance
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Compliance, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience as an SOP Specialist / Policy Specialist / Process Documentation Specialist
- Strong background in HR policy development, compliance, and administrative processes
- Knowledge of labor laws, internal controls, and corporate governance frameworks
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
