Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The role supports core HR functions while ensuring full compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and local HR regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure HR practices comply with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, renewals, and records
- Coordinate with LMRA, SIO, MOL, and other authorities as required
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate HR databases and reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR role in Bahrain
- Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and HR processes
- Hands-on experience with LMRA, SIO, and MOL procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification is an advantage
- Experience in multi-industry or corporate environments
