Job OverviewWe are seeking an HR & Admin Officer to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations across the organization. The role involves coordinating HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth internal operations. You will work closely with management and team members to support recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and general office administration.
Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes.
- Help implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Support performance management processes and documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Oversee office administration tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, organizing events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and company activities.
- Strong CV screening and candidate evaluation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
