Recruitment Officer - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
📍 Bahrain | Tier 1 International Investment Bank
We are supporting a Tier 1 international investment bank on a Recruitment Officer mandate based in Bahrain.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract supporting end-to-end recruitment operations across the MEA region within a regulated banking environment.
Key responsibilities:- Managing recruitment lifecycle via ATS
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Conducting initial screening interviews
- Background checks and compliance documentation
- Maintaining audit-ready HR records
- Supporting graduate and internship programs
- 3-10 years’ HR experience with recruitment focus
- Fluent English and Arabic, written and spoken
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with ATS or HR systems
- Banking or financial services background preferred
