Reports To:
Head of HR / HR Director / Business Unit Leader
Mission:
To act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational performance, talent development, and a high-performance culture. The HRBP serves as a consultant, change agent, and employee champion.
- Business Acumen First:
Understands the business, its drivers, challenges, and financials as well as any line manager. - Trusted Advisor:
Builds credible, trusting relationships with leaders and managers. - Data-Driven:
Uses HR metrics and analytics to diagnose problems and propose solutions. - Proactive, Not Reactive:
Anticipates people-related needs and addresses them strategically. - Balances Advocate & Advisor:
Champions employee needs while advising leadership on business realities.
Lead workforce planning, succession planning for critical roles. Partner on org design.
Align performance management with business goals. Advise on compensation strategies.
Skills- Analyzing how turnover in the sales team affects revenue per employee
- Linking training investment to productivity improvements in manufacturing
- Understanding how market changes impact workforce planning decisions
- Measuring the impact of engagement initiatives on customer satisfaction scores
