- Hands‑on end‑to‑end implementation experience across Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Learning & Development, Profile Management, Career Development, and Compensation Management – from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing, and go‑live delivery.
- Deep expertise in configuring Oracle Recruiting Cloud covering candidate lifecycle, job requisition templates, offer management, interview scheduling, onboarding workflows, internal mobility, and recruiting agency management – with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ORC configuration and workflow issues.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Professional
- Oracle Talent Management Cloud Certified
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud Certified
