HR Executive

A leading organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge in both generalist and recruitment functions, excellent communication and computer skills, and an awareness of AI tools. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee relations, and supporting the overall HR strategy.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.

Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law. Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities. Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance tracking. Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies. Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and digital records. Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and employment contracts. Coordinate with government authorities for visa processing, labor cards, and other statutory requirements.

Utilize AI tools and HR software to streamline recruitment and HR processes. Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and recommend improvements. Leverage data analytics for HR reporting and decision-making.

Act as a point of contact between management and employees for HR-related matters. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations. Prepare HR reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar HR role. Strong HR knowledge in both generalist and recruitment functions. Awareness of AI tools and HR technology is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written in English). Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good understanding of Bahrain Labour Law and HR best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Professional, confident, and proactive approach. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
