Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Shift Manager has the responsibility to train and support new Juicers in their team
- The Shift Manager will get basic knowledge and understanding of stock handling and will support with weekly counts, re-counts and support the Bar Manager.
- Support the Bar Manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and other tasks communicated by the Bar Manager and Market Management.
- Training new Juicers in all JQ Modules from E-Campus, ensuring strong brand and operational standard BTC.
- To maintain and ensure Daily Concept Workflow and usage of Trail, to ensure a controlled and stable daily SOP and high standard for cleanliness within the bar.
- Achieving a good understanding of basic stock handling and supporting the bar
- Handling and take care of guest complaints, communicated by online channels, in-store complaints and informed by the Market Management.
