As Boutique Manager you are the leader of the boutique, responsible for driving business performance, developing your team, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the highest level of luxury service. You act as a true ambassador of Dior, setting the tone, building a strong team culture, and ensuring excellence in execution across all aspects of the boutique.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
