Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company s goals utilizing data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments optimizing processes to enhance productivity. Oversee cost control measures and operational planning to ensure efficiency and profitability across operations. Oversee planning and execution of supply chain and marketing management. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and maintain high service standards.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong experience in Restaurant / F&B Operations. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
