A reputable company is seeking a results-driven and experienced District Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence across multiple store locations.

• Oversee operations and performance of multiple store locations, ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Monitor and maintain company standards in service, cleanliness, food quality, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and teams.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Support recruitment, training, and succession planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on business strategies and operational improvements.
• Handle escalated operational concerns and provide effective solutions.

• Proven experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or similar multi‑unit leadership role.
• Strong background in casual dining restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong understanding of sales performance, inventory management, and operational controls.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and locations effectively.
• Proficient in reporting, scheduling, and operational analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently between store locations.
• Valid Bahrain or GCC driving license.
• A bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management or any related course.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in casual dining restaurant.
