  Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communication & Relationship Building:
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Strategic Thinking:
  Ability to align community initiatives with broader marketing and business development strategies.
• Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
  Skilled in managing event and community program budgets with a track record of financial accountability.
• Problem Solving & Agility: A proactive and solutions-focused approach to addressing challenges and adapting to changing priorities.

  Trusted ambassador with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in community management, event planning, or a similar role.
• Experience in residential communities, private members clubs, or hospitality environments preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact community initiatives and events.
• Strong budget management and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with event management software and CRM systems is a plus.
• One who is ready to relocate on a single status to the NEOM site
