Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree equivalent, preferably in Naval Architecture or Marine Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in the oil, gas, marine, maritime ship repair, building shipyards, or EPC sector, with at least 10 years at senior management level in an international corporate organization.
- Certifications as required; MBA is considered an added value.
- Understanding of the industry, including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of corporate structures and departments (IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain).

Manage the day‑to‑day operations and commercial aspects of the company from all internal and external viewpoints, while providing management and strategic planning for business acquisition and execution to achieve company objectives set by the Board of Directors. Drive revenue growth, diversification, HSSE initiatives, profitability, cost improvements, customer satisfaction, assets, resource productivity, and cash flow management. Develop policies, SOPs, and meet customer expectations.
Prioritize QHSSE components, act as a strategic partner on the leadership team, and manage overall strategy, purpose, and vision with support from the C‑Suite. Develop new business, provide strategic direction, prepare yearly and three‑year budgets and strategic plans, ensure financial targets are met, and implement plans for operational infrastructure and yard facilities. Work autonomously to meet and exceed CEO and Board expectations, foster a success‑oriented, accountable environment, represent the organization to clients, investors, and partners, coach and develop the team, motivate a high‑performance management team, and attract, recruit, and retain key executive members.
Oversee daily operations of the company and management work to ensure effective production and operations fulfill customer commitments and establish long‑term relationships. Safeguard the company’s best interests, improve turnover and bottom line, and facilitate fast decision‑making. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth to maximize utilization of resources, assets, and people. Lead employees toward maximum performance and dedication by establishing policies that promote company culture, vision, and values.
