• Joining Period: 1–2 months

• Minimum 20 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of progressive management roles
• Graduate with BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• PMP certification
• Management experience in EPC projects within Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Water Industries, Electrical Substations, Instrumentation, Pumping Stations, Waterline Pipelines, and Plant installations
• Prior experience in the specific industry, demonstrating familiarity with market dynamics and challenges
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, capable of inspiring and engaging diverse teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office for preparing reports, documentation, and presentations
• Experience with Primavera
• GCC experience
• Candidate must be male, aged 50–60 (as per current recruitment policy)

• Lead and manage the core team for EPC, Project & Product sales, and O&M contracts
• Oversee operations across divisions covering MEICA areas, ensuring division growth in product sales, EPC project sales, and O&M services
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget, managing overall business strategy and P&L responsibilities
• Communicate with clients, third‑party resources, and upper management to secure effective project completion
• Lead the estimation team for pre‑sale proposal support and EPC/Construction estimation
• Monitor progress of the sales team with the Sales Manager/BDM and EPC Project Managers to meet annual turnover targets
• Manage tendering activities for EPC or construction contracts and workshop fabrication services contracts/services
• Provide leadership to estimation, project execution, and O&M team members, maximizing output and quality of work
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and local suppliers to ensure smooth sales, procurement, and timely delivery of products, projects, and services
• Prepare monthly progress reports to senior management on project status and departmental progress
• Develop key performance indicators for operational services and provide comprehensive monthly reports to senior management
