Beond is seeking a Nominated Postholder Crew Training to lead development, certification and oversight of crew training for our Bahrain AOC, based in Manama. You will ensure training programmes meet regulatory requirements and coordinate with Flight Crew Training and the Safety Manager.
Ideal candidates have TRI/TRE credentials, strong knowledge of Bahrain ANTR and BCAA requirements, and at least 5 years in aviation, including 2+ years in a similar role within a startup or multi‑fleet
