Florist Supervisor
As a Florist Supervisor in our Manama location, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our floral department. You will lead a team of talented florists and ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled with high quality and efficiency. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in the floral industry, with strong knowledge of various flowers, plants, and arrangement techniques.
Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills to effectively manage your team and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will also have a creative eye for design and be able to suggest unique ideas for arrangements based on customer preferences. As this is a supervisory role, previous experience in a leadership or managerial position is preferred.
