We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.
Role- Attend meetings and training sessions as required by the senior management team.
- Take responsibility and accountability for entire role by supporting the restaurant and kitchen operations to deliver seamless service with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote best practice within the restaurant and constantly look to improve processes and procedures.
- Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service always
- High knowledge of all menu and beverage list offerings to maximize sales opportunities
- Understanding beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders
- Selecting and mixing ingredients and serving beverages to customers, following the brand standards
- Read and understand orders coming through the EPOS system, ensuring that all beverages are issued with registration on EPOS
- Maintaining all preparation and infusion stock with care
- Take the order list in the morning and presenting it the Senior/Head Bartender on duty
- To always maintain his/her work environment with special attention
- Bar area needs to be kept always clean and tidy, opening and closing, as well as the daily and weekly cleaning duties are carried out in line with company operating standards
- Adhere to all the Company's rules and procedures and to carry our any additional duties requested by management that may happen from time to time.
- Aiming to have fun with a work hard attitude and to bring positive energy and a smile.
- Provide excellent and memorable experiences that go beyond our food and drink.
- Always striving to be the best in the field, looking forward for inspiration and continual learning and developing
- Take responsibility for continuous self-improvement through self-development and company product knowledge.
- Proven working experience as a Bartender
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
