This is a full-time, on-site Presales Manager role based in Manama. The Presales Manager will support the sales team by providing technical consulting, preparing tailored solutions, and collaborating on customer presentations. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, creating proposals, managing client expectations, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring effective integration of solutions. This role also involves aligning with project teams to meet customer requirements and driving client satisfaction through the presales process.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Consulting, Sales, and Presales, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Expertise in Project Management and Integration, including planning, coordinating, and successful execution of security-related projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, build relationships, and present to clients.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in security systems, with knowledge of surveillance cameras, access control systems, and related technologies preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
