Role DescriptionThe Sales Specialist role at GFX Securities is a full-time, on-site position based in Manama. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include providing product training to new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing sales activities to meet performance targets.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in providing Training to clients, helping them understand and utilize products effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in the financial or trading industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in technology and an understanding of trading platforms will be beneficial.
