Our client is a leading renewable energy solutions provider, specialising in solar PV systems, energy optimization, and sustainability services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. They are committed to driving solar adoption and delivering innovative energy solutions across the GCC regions.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Solar) to drive growth and expand into new territories. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within solar or renewable energy.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of solar technology, financial models (CAPEX, leasing, PPA), and sustainability solutions.
