FX wants YOU. We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead growth, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue for our premium digital marketing agency.
As a Sales Manager at Celebrate
FX, you will lead business growth by building strong client relationships and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will work closely with the leadership and creative teams to deliver premium marketing solutions to brands across industries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify, approach, and pitch to potential clients (B2B)
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and brand owners
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages
- Coordinate with creative and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor sales performance and report weekly/monthly results
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and contract closures
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up consistently
- 10+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong understanding of media industry
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience in agency or corporate sales is a plus
- 700 – 1000 BD (based on experience & performance)
