TEC is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. This role focuses on account ownership, revenue growth, and customer retention
, working closely with internal teams to deliver IT solutions and services that meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2B sales professional with experience in IT solutions or services
, comfortable managing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting the full sales cycle.
Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Sales Execution
- Support the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and renewals.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast for assigned accounts.
- Achieve assigned revenue and account targets.
Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and opportunities.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Presales, Technical, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager on account strategy and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and approvals.
Market & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
. - Experience selling IT solutions or IT services is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and close deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
