WE. LOGISTICS is a growing transportation and courier services company. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and grow our client base in transportation and last-mile delivery services.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for transportation, courier, and last-mile delivery services
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients (retail, e-commerce, FMCG, SMEs, enterprises)
- Generate leads through cold calling, meetings, networking, and referrals
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage key accounts
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
- Relevant sales or logistics certifications are an advantage
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in transportation, courier, logistics, or last-mile delivery is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and client management
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
