B2B Sales Manager – Transportation & Last-Mile Delivery

WE. LOGISTICS is a growing transportation and courier services company. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and grow our client base in transportation and last-mile delivery services.

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for transportation, courier, and last-mile delivery services
• Identify and onboard new corporate clients (retail, e-commerce, FMCG, SMEs, enterprises)
• Generate leads through cold calling, meetings, networking, and referrals
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage key accounts
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
• Relevant sales or logistics certifications are an advantage
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in transportation, courier, logistics, or last-mile delivery is highly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and client management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
