Job DescriptionRole Description
This is a full-time, target-based role for a Sales Executivelocated in Manama with the responsibility for driving revenue growth and new business for the company. The Sales Executive must identify, develop, andmanage opportunities for our range of services with customers in different industries and build relationships with clients to meet their logistics needs.
The position is on-site, and travel may be required.
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients through independent canvassing,networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, includingcarriers and customers, to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiatecontracts and rate agreements to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitorcustomer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports , tracking key performance indicators and providing insights to management.
- Stayabreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding services and customer satisfaction.
- Achieveor exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company'soverall revenue growth
- Adegree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding orlogistics industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Avalid Bahrain driving license
- Experience in working within Bahrain markets is mandatory
