This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Manama, Bahrain. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive hotel bookings. Day‑to‑day tasks include market research, customer engagement, implementing promotional campaigns, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional communication. Collaboration with the sales and customer service teams will be an essential part of the role.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively represent the hotel and establish good client relationships
- Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
- Sales experience with a proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and support business growth
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or with marketing for similar businesses is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
