We are hiring for a role within the staffing and recruitment services sector serving corporate clients across Bahrain and the GCC. This on‑site sales role focuses on selling end‑to‑end recruitment solutions, building long‑term client partnerships, and driving revenue growth for a boutique recruitment agency operating across multiple industries.
Primary titleBusiness Development Executive (Recruitment)
Role & Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and convert new corporate clients across Bahrain through targeted outreach, cold calls, and Linked In engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure—ensuring clear SLAs with delivery teams.
- Partner with recruitment consultants to translate client hiring needs into tailored service offerings (contingent, retained, RPO, or executive search).
- Maintain and update client records, opportunity pipelines and forecasts in the CRM; drive timely handovers to delivery teams.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs; proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Represent the agency at industry events and build a strong referral network to grow market presence locally.

- GCC market knowledge
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses.
