The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Present new products and services to clients and lead negotiations for new contracts
- Create and maintain account plannning that align with client goals and business objectives
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, technical, presales and admin to ensure client needs are met
- Participate in product development feedback based on client insights
- Coordinate with the other sales team to meet overall sales goals and share best practices
- Track and report on account performance, sales metrics, and client satisfaction
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements
- Ensure timely renewals and account retention.
- Degree in Computer related IT
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT business
- Ability to penetrate new clients and generate leads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in IT related products and services
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
