Job DescriptionAs a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory, ensuring product knowledge, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include the following:
- Promote sales and ensure consistent growth by identifying opportunities, gaining new business, and maintaining existing business.
- Implement company strategies consistently across the territory.
- Carry out sales calls and target high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts, ensuring their requirements are met.
- Advise customers on product applications and services to meet their needs.
- Represent Allergan professionally, aligning with company image and complying with legal and ethical standards.
- Place customer focus at the center of your actions, building and sustaining productive relationships.
- Communicate effectively, conveying information clearly and adjusting messages to audience.
- Take initiative by proactively influencing events, taking action beyond required duties, and improving efficiencies.
- Adhere to high standards of business ethics, compliance, and integrity, including timely completion of compliance training and supporting audits.
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Pharmacy or related Healthcare Science.
- Sound background in sales and commercial awareness.
- At least two to three years of proven experience as a Product Specialist.
- Mature, flexible, self‑initiated.
- Professional approach, good teamwork and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
