Job Purpose

Seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Head of Sales for the Global Enterprise Business Unit (GEBU). The role is responsible for developing and managing the growth strategy, delivering market presence, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a structured sales plan with clear KPIs and targets.
  • Lead the sales team, ensuring alignment with departmental strategy and timely achievement of new‑business and renewal goals.
  • Focus on Government, SME, large enterprises, and MNCs throughout the MENA region to promote connectivity and managed services.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Product and Presales teams to craft proposals that address client needs and objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, supporting them with timely reporting, correspondence, and problem resolution.
  • Maintain a proactive, creative approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct client visits, tele‑calling, and cold‑calling on a daily basis.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, monitor competitors, and develop unique selling propositions.
  • Attend industry events and provide feedback on market trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reporting and governance compliance to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA an advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of enterprise sales experience within the MENA region.
  • Strong personal network across Internet, Data, Voice, ICT, and Cloud sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Valid driving licence and reliable vehicle.
