Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer - Service to be based in our Bahrain office.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or national/local customers.
- Proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to customers.
- Influence, drive sales development strategies, and share best practices with the team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of Service Sales experience within the Elevator industry and overall minimum 5 years of Sales experience.
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, diligent, organized, and self‑starter with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs.
- Proven track record in handling Key Accounts and a strong customer focus.
- Excellent Arabic & English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- GCC experience is preferred.
