We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Mechanical Sales Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling HVAC‑related products and building strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell HVAC and mechanical products, including:
- Pumps
- Plate Heat Exchangers
- Air Separators
- Other HVAC‑related equipment and solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Follow up on project inquiries, tenders, and ongoing opportunities to secure sales.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of HVAC or mechanical products.
- Proven experience in selling pumps, plate heat exchangers, air separators, or similar HVAC‑related products.
- Strong knowledge of the MEP market and project sales cycle.
- Experience working with MEP contractors and consultants.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding.
- Excellent relationship‑building and networking abilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
