Rwaj is a live shopping and social commerce platform built for sellers in GCC. We help sellers grow through live selling, auctions, product discovery, and a more interactive shopping experience.
About the RoleThis is a flexible, part-time, performance-based role for people who already have access to seller communities, small business owners, online stores, Instagram sellers, Tik Tok sellers, boutiques, beauty brands, accessories sellers, jewelry sellers, and fashion sellers.
Your main responsibility is to identify, contact, qualify, and refer strong sellers who are a good fit for Rwaj.
This is not a traditional full-time sales job. It is a partner role for people who can use their network, communication skills, and category knowledge to help sellers join a new live commerce platform.

- Cosmetics and beauty products
- Strong network or access to online sellers, boutiques, beauty brands, fashion sellers, jewelry sellers, accessories sellers, or small business owners
- Good communication skills in Arabic
- Ability to contact and follow up with sellers professionally
- Understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Whats App, and social selling behavior
- Based in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Bahrain, or strongly connected to sellers in one of these markets
- Comfortable working on a performance-based commission structure
- Able to refer at least 3 qualified sellers within the first 30 days
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to represent Rwaj properly
- Previous experience in sales, business development, seller onboarding, influencer management, jewelry, fashion, beauty, or marketplace growth
- Existing relationships with fashion, accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, or self-care sellers
- Experience working with Instagram shops, Tik Tok sellers, beauty businesses, jewelry sellers, boutique owners, or small online brands
- Knowledge of live selling, social commerce, or e-commerce marketplaces
- Ability to build a small pipeline and follow up consistently
- Experience in Saudi, UAE, or Bahrain retail and social commerce markets
