We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing Bahrain team and help bring Elite Advisories’ solutions to organizations across key industries.
The RoleThis is a consultative selling role, not a transactional sales job. You will identify client needs, understand complex operational and compliance challenges, and position the right Elite Advisories solution — from EHS compliance audits to ESG verification, ISO implementation, executive search, and specialized safety services. Success in this role means building trusted, long-term client relationships rather than chasing one-off deals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target industries in Bahrain
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand client pain points across EHS, process safety, ESG, and compliance needs
- Present and position Elite Advisories’ full solutions portfolio, tailoring proposals to each client’s operational context
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Collaborate with technical and advisory teams to scope accurate, credible client proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with company targets
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Keep accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and client interactions
- Stay current on EHS, ESG, and compliance trends relevant to client industries
- Must be eligible for Tamkeen funding support (applicants should meet Tamkeen programme eligibility criteria)
- Proven experience in consultative or solution-based sales (B2B sales experience preferred; background in EHS, safety, compliance, ESG, or professional/advisory services is a strong advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technical and regulatory concepts well enough to translate them into client value
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the discipline to manage a sales pipeline independently
- Valid Bahrain driving license
- Fluency in Arabic and English
