Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Arabic Speaking to join our team. The role focuses on managing corporate and local accounts, driving MICE business, and supporting catering sales through proactive client engagement.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing corporate and local accounts.
- Actively source new business through calls, visits, and networking.
- Handle MICE inquiries, meetings, conferences, and events from lead to conversion.
- Support catering sales and coordinate with operations for smooth execution.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on quotations.
- Conduct site inspections and client presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business.
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE, and catering segments.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
